Job summary

AND Digital in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Solution Architect to join its Enterprise Architecture function. You will translate strategic business goals into robust, scalable technical solutions across Payments, Data, and Applications, working closely with Business, Infrastructure, and Security Architects, as well as our Strategic Design Authority.

Qualifications

• Strong FS background, ideally with deep knowledge of Mortgages and Savings.
• Proven experience delivering within high-pace, large-scale programs with structured governance and defined artifacts.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions on the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure).
• Extensive solution architecture experience utilizing industry-standard frameworks (ideally TOGAF).
• Demonstrated track record across the full change lifecycle, with the ability to construct, deconstruct, and communicate complex systems clearly.
• Strong ability to rapidly analyze and articulate the cost, risk, time, and impact implications of new functionality.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (up to C-suite level) and external third-party providers, architects, and developers.
• Adhere strictly to Conduct Rules, regulatory guidelines, and Risk Management Frameworks (including Information Security and Data Governance).

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will provide insight, foresight, and oversight across our business and technology environments to drive agility, innovation, and automation.
