Amdaris Group Limited in Bristol is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to shape, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions directly alongside our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines strategic architecture, software engineering and AI delivery expertise.

Working across pre-sales and delivery, you will assess opportunities, design scalable architectures, build working solutions and lead the first delivery increments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong hands-on software engineering and integration experience.
• Experience delivering AI or generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with business needs.
• Take ownership of AI and software solution delivery from design to deployment.
• Build APIs, data pipelines and cloud-native components for scalable AI apps.
• Evaluate ML/LLM technologies against business requirements.
• Lead client discovery and feasibility assessments for high-value AI opportunities.
• Own technical elements of bids, proposals and proofs-of-concept.

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to shape, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions directly alongside our clients. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that combines strategic architecture, software engineering and AI delivery expertise.

Working across both pre-sales and implementation, you will assess opportunities, design scalable architectures, build working solutions and lead the first delivery increments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, technically robust and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Take technical ownership of AI and software solutions through design, build, integration, testing and deployment.
• Build APIs, integrations, data pipelines and cloud-native solutions that enable scalable AI applications.
• Evaluate, implement and optimise ML and LLM technologies, balancing performance, cost and risk.
• Lead client discovery, requirements gathering and feasibility assessments to identify high-value AI opportunities. Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on architecture decisions and responsible AI adoption.
• Own the technical elements of bids, proposals and proof-of-concepts, ensuring solutions are deliverable and commercially viable.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into working solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and apply relevant innovations to client engagements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex software and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong hands‑on software engineering and integration experience.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning or generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data engineering and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement ML/LLM technologies against business requirements.
• Experience leading client engagements from discovery through to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of technical delivery under broad direction.
• Previous experience as a Forward‑Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Delivery Lead or similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience building AI applications using modern LLM, agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services or technology delivery environments.
