Job summary

identifi Global Resources is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to shape enterprise security in a cloud-first Microsoft environment. You will design, implement and continually improve security controls across Azure while supporting projects and reviewing new technologies.

Join a team that collaborates with Security Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure and Development to enhance the organisation's security capability.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and improving security controls in enterprise environments.
• Strong Microsoft Azure security experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST or OWASP.
• Experience with Defender, Purview, Intune, cloud automation or DevSecOps is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and improving enterprise security controls.
• Supporting security across a predominantly Microsoft Azure environment.
• Reviewing and optimising Microsoft security technologies.
• Identifying security gaps and driving technical improvements.
• Supporting vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Providing security engineering expertise on technical projects.
• Improving documentation, processes and security standards.
• Working closely with technical teams to embed security in delivery.
