Job summary

They’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect in Swindon to shape and deliver technology solutions supporting the wider strategy, balancing functionality, security, performance, cost and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect across complex technology environments.
• Strong cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in API integration, messaging, Service Bus and asynchronous patterns.
• Designing event-driven solutions, serverless functions and cloud storage.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar architecture methodologies.
• Proficiency with ArchiMate or similar modelling.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Experience leading architecture projects, governance and design assurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate technology options balancing cost, risk, performance, scalability and long-term support.
