Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking an Azure Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Azure-hosted solutions, focusing on platform operations, reliability and service management.

You will own incidents, manage platform services, and work with DevOps practices to ensure stable releases across development, test, and production environments. A strong emphasis on security, governance, and collaboration with development teams is required.

Qualifications

Experience running and supporting cloud-native Azure environments.
Deep knowledge of Azure Networking and Connectivity, hub-spoke designs, and security controls.
Experience with Azure governance, policy, and security features including Key Vault and Defender for Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own incidents to resolution across Azure platforms and infrastructure.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure platform services and integrations.
Maintain health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and alerts.
Diagnose issues across infrastructure, platform, application and integration layers.
Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code deployments across environments.
Assist with security governance including RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access.
