Job summary

Oli Systems is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and operate the cloud foundation for its next-gen SaaS platform in Cambridge. You’ll implement infrastructure as code, automate deployments, and strengthen automation across Azure environments.

You will work with senior engineers to grow cloud, DevOps and reliability expertise, contributing to a scalable, secure platform used by customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or similar infra role.
• Hands-on with production cloud infra and Azure compute.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD and containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain and support cloud infra in Microsoft Azure.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform following patterns.
• Develop internal tooling and reusable infra modules.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for reliable releases.
• Deploy and operate Docker, Kubernetes (AKS) workloads.
• Monitor health, investigate alerts and resolve performance issues.
• Improve observability using Application Insights and Grafana.
• Support incident response and contribute to runbooks.
• Apply security controls and SOC 2 practices across cloud envs.
• Document configurations, procedures, and standards.
