Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, monitor and enhance our enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem and Cloud environments. You will ensure systems are available, secure and aligned with ITIL practices while guiding a team through complex incidents and migrations.

Key duties include monitoring, patching, DR testing, Azure Cloud migration, and collaboration with architects, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable services across the firm’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure delivery.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience migrating and managing cloud-based Azure architectures.
• Exposure to IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery and security tooling (Rubrik, SIEM).

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing stability and availability of systems.
• Monitor, maintain and support systems and software per standards.
• Apply patches and upgrades with production awareness and availability targets.
• Own project actions, technical problems and incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Lead Azure cloud migrations and DR testing.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge across teams.
• Participate in CAB and change management processes.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and policies.
