Job summary

Quorum Network Resources in Edinburgh is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the technical delivery team, focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud security. You will automate tasks, improve hybrid cloud setups, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and support client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or cloud support, MSP/enterprise IT.
• Proficiency with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, security) and Microsoft 365.
• Scripting in PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security (Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access).
• Experience with hybrid cloud, on-prem and cloud connectivity.
• Excellent communication to work with technical and non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver third-line technical support and proactive maintenance for Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Design and implement infrastructure improvements for hybrid cloud setups.
• Automate system administration and monitoring using PowerShell and IaC tools.
• Strengthen cloud security posture and identity/access management across Azure and 365.
• Collaborate with service desk, network, and security teams; document configurations.
