Job summary

Cognitive Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Integration Developer to design and deliver modern Azure integration solutions. You will lead from the front, stay hands-on, and mentor a team while working closely with clients to translate business needs into robust cloud architectures.

You will own technical direction, run workshops, advise on integration strategy, and ensure secure, scalable implementations, with UK Government Security Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Azure integration experience.
• UK Government Security Clearance preferred.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing other engineers.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven and serverless architectures.
• Experience contributing to solution design and architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Azure integration solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust integration architectures.
• Provide technical direction across design, development and best practice.
• Lead and mentor a small to mid-sized team of developers.
• Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex issues.
• Run technical workshops and advise clients on integration strategy.
• Help customers identify the right Azure integration approaches.
• Stay hands-on, building and supporting key integration components.
• Work closely with clients, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
