Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of Focus Cloud Group, is hiring two Senior Full Stack Developers to join a growing cloud technology team in the UK. You will work on modern cloud-native solutions across customer projects, taking ownership from architecture to delivery.

The role requires strong .NET/Azure expertise, mentoring experience and the ability to collaborate with international teams while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing Azure cloud-native applications.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience.
• Experience with Blazor or React.
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience developing REST APIs / WebAPI.
• Good experience with SQL Server and/or Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of microservices, DI and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Able to work with customers and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain it.
• Bicep or Terraform would be beneficial.
• Docker / Kubernetes / AKS would be beneficial.
• xUnit / NUnit / Moq would be beneficial.
• .NET MAUI would be beneficial.
• GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling would be beneficial.
• AZ-900 and/or AZ-204 would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Azure cloud-native applications.
• Building modern front ends using Blazor or React.
• Developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
• Working with customers to understand requirements and business processes.
• Contributing to technical design, estimation and documentation.
• Mentoring and supporting junior developers.
• Working within Agile delivery environments.
• Collaborating with colleagues across international teams.
