Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to be based on-site in Redhill, Surrey. The role requires 2 days of on-site work per week and involves handling Azure cloud infrastructures, third-line escalations, and ongoing maintenance tasks.

You will contribute to system performance monitoring, reporting, and documentation, ensuring security and reliability across critical services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to provide third-line support and onsite analysis.
• Understanding of infrastructure upgrades, patches and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows/Wintel environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line response to escalations from Service Delivery, perform onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex problems.
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, maintenance fixes and patches.
• Standardise deployment of infrastructure service configurations.
• Monitor and test system performance and provide statistics and reports.
• Recommend modifications to improve security, efficiency, reliability and performance.
