Job summary

Mentmore Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve our IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure.

This on-site role in Milton Keynes reports to the Head of Infrastructure and involves owning infrastructure issues while guiding two team members. You will migrate on-prem workloads to Azure, design landing zones, and ensure secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft stack.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering and managing complex environments.
• Ability to mentor and guide other team members on infrastructure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network and cloud environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure and services.
• Lead and participate in migrating on-premises workloads to Microsoft Azure.
• Design, configure and support Azure landing zones for secure, scalable clouds.
• Maintain server infrastructure for performance, availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN networking and connectivity issues.
• Identify risks and implement stability and security improvements.
• Provide guidance to two team members.
