Job summary

Initialize is seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to lead enterprise compute and storage architecture in a hybrid environment. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable Azure designs and work closely with technical specialists, project managers and stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions.

The role requires current Azure expertise, governance, cost optimization, and experience with migration and modernization programs within enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure architecture experience across enterprisecompute and storage
• Current knowledge of Azure compute, storage, backup, recovery, monitoring, governance, identity integration, networking and security
• Experience delivering Azure solutions at enterprise scale in hybrid environments
• Experience producing architecture strategies, roadmaps, designs, patterns
• Experience with landing zones, subscriptions, management groups, Policy, RBAC and governance
• Azure technical leadership and design assurance across the lifecycle
• Ability to translate business requirements into Azure solutions with senior stakeholders
• Azure certification or equivalent current experience
• Experience with Azure migration and modernization programs
• Experience of Azure cost management and FinOps
• Knowledge of IT service management and transition practices
• Experience with Agile delivery teams
