Job summary

Harrods in London is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to support and enhance the production and non-production environments across the digital estate, owning deployment pipelines and ensuring reliable releases.

You will collaborate with IT teams and partners, use C# and .NET, and advance DevOps practices, monitoring, security, and performance to detect issues early while developing scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and IaC configurations.
• Experience developing or supporting applications using C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of Azure-based solutions and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and triage incidents and requests in the ITSM tool and work queue.
• Improve and support deployment pipelines across environments and coordinate releases.
• Support agile processes by breaking down user stories and refining tasks.
• Contribute to development and support of applications using C# and .NET.
• Stay current with new tools and processes, share knowledge with peers.
