Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join the Digital Technology team. You will own and manage deployment pipelines across production and non-production environments, ensuring security, monitoring and performance considerations are built in.

You will collaborate with IT and partner teams while enhancing solutions using C# and .NET. The role involves hands-on cloud work, Infrastructure-as-Code deployments, and contributing to a range of Azure-based initiatives.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and Azure.
Experience writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-Code configurations (Terraform/Pulumi).
Strong development experience with C# and .NET applications.
Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for project tracking and deployments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes including incidents, changes and requests.
Experience with core infrastructure and networking in cloud or on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain, triage incidents/requests and complex problems in Harrods ITSM tool and queue.
Improve, build and support deployment pipelines across environments.
Support agile processes by breaking down user stories and enabling sprints.
Contribute to development and support of applications using C# and .NET.
Stay current with tools and processes; share knowledge across teams.
