Job summary

develop is seeking a hands-on Cloud & Infrastructure Support Engineer for a 3-month contract with hybrid working in London. The role focuses on keeping a live Azure environment running smoothly, troubleshooting incidents, and owning day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has current Azure experience in a commercial setting, with strong knowledge of Azure networking, VMs, storage, and Microsoft 365. PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform skills and Azure certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, hands-on Azure experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with VNets/NSGs/VPNs/DNS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong incident and service request management skills.
• Able to own day-to-day Azure operations and BAU responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer a commercial Microsoft Azure environment.
• Monitor Azure infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Troubleshoot cloud, networking, connectivity and performance issues.
• Work across Azure VMs, storage, networking and application services.
• Manage Azure networking including VNets, NSGs, VPNs and DNS.
• Carry out routine patching and maintenance.
