This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both technical and commercial, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

Technical Skills

• IaaS / PaaS / SaaS
• AI - interest in developing expertise, no prior experience required

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams act as 'customer zero' for testing new products before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to influence future technical roadmaps
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Produce high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Develop processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams
• Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with teams to implement them
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
