Job summary

Based in Norwich with a hybrid work pattern, you will review DNS records, assist migrations, and capture how domains are managed across MarkMonitor and delegated DNS arrangements.

Qualifications

• DNS knowledge and routing concepts.
• Experience with AWS Route 53 domain management.
• Ability to manage domain records and registrar transfers.
• Understanding of hosted zones and DNS zone files.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly.
• Awareness of risk in DNS migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge transfer for domain management processes, tools and operational dependencies.
• Capture how DL domains are managed across MarkMonitor, AWS Route 53 and delegated DNS arrangements.
• Support the AWS Route 53 team with domain analysis, hosted zone review and migration inputs.
• Review DNS records and zone files to identify key dependencies before migration.
• Support technical coordination across DL, Aviva, CSC, AWS/cloud teams and CACI.
