Job summary

Version 1 in the UK is seeking a cloud-focused software engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. You will implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK or Terraform, contribute to event-driven microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while supporting DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS services experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Golang/TypeScript/React.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling.
• Experience with test-driven development and relevant frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the stack.
