Job summary

MAG Manchester Airports Group is seeking a dedicated Cloud Security Specialist to protect and enhance our AWS cloud environment within a large, regulated organisation. You will ensure security controls, configurations, and PCI DSS alignment while leading vulnerability management and threat detection efforts.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, risk, and architecture teams and offers hybrid working, a strong pension, and a broad benefits package designed to support your wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS in a large, regulated organisation.
• Degree in information systems or computer science.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of risk concepts and security frameworks (NIST, PCI, ISO27001, Mitre, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Protect and enhance MAG's AWS cloud environment.
• Ensure security controls, configurations, and PCI DSS alignment.
• Lead cloud vulnerability management and threat detection.
• Maintain secure identity and access controls.
• Provide guidance and document/report on compliance and risks.
