Job summary

DS Smith is seeking an AWS Cloud Domain Solution Architect to join the Solution Architecture & Design team. You will lead the design of secure, scalable AWS solutions, drive cloud transformation roadmaps and govern architecture across the enterprise.

Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams and partners to shape standards and future cloud strategy. The role requires hands-on architecture, governance and proven experience in multinational environments, with a strong focus on security-first

Qualifications

• AWS certification and strong architectural background.
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
• Experience delivering cloud solutions in large multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AWS cloud technologies across the enterprise.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient and cost-effective AWS solutions.
• Create and govern architecture documentation (high- and low-level designs).
• Provide technical oversight for third-party suppliers.
• Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
