Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced Cloud Database Engineer to manage and optimise AWS-hosted database platforms in a hybrid environment. You will design and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, and develop CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.

Strong AWS experience with RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, SNS and CloudWatch is essential. The role involves collaborating with DevOps and software engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud database solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud databases and services in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of database security, performance tuning and cloud automation.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for cloud data services.
