Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced AWS AI Platform SME to configure and govern SaaS-based AI code-generation tools for enterprise engineering teams in a hybrid setup. You will enable secure, scalable AI-assisted development through careful IAM, RBAC, and integration with development workflows.

Responsibilities include tool setup, identity management, access controls, and documentation. The role emphasizes governance, security, and continuous improvement within a multinational delivery

Qualifications

• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms and managing tenants/workspaces at scale.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms (GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Understanding of SSO, OAuth, OIDC, MFA and enterprise identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Configure SaaS AI tools for code generation, including tenant/workspace setup and usage policies.
• Set up authentication flows, SSO, directory mappings, and user provisioning.
• Define RBAC for developers, admins, and support teams with least privilege access.
• Integrate AI tools with source control, IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing systems.
• Apply security standards: audit logging, data protection, and policy enforcement.
• Create documentation for configurations, runbooks, and change history.
• Support onboarding and adoption of AI tooling across teams.
• Monitor usage and suggest governance and UX improvements.
