Job summary

PwC seeks a Managing Director to build and lead the AWM Core Platform team within Advisory, driving multi-year transformation programs for asset and wealth management clients.

The role blends market leadership, client delivery and strategic oversight of Aladdin, ALPHA and related platforms, with a focus on data architectures and operating models to deliver sustained impact across front-to-back transformations.

Qualifications

• Track record of consulting sales in the AWM industry.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence C-Suite clients as a trusted advisor.
• Experience leading development of professional service organisations (recruitment, training, mentoring, proposition development).
• Ability to lead UK and global teams of OM’s, BA’s, design, data and solution architects through multi-year lifecycles.
• Proven vendor relationships and knowledge of core middleware and investment platforms (Aladdin, ALPHA, Simpcorp).
• Commercial management experience with forecasting and P&L responsibilities.
• Thought leadership demonstrated via public presentations and industry contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship development across the AWM sector with senior executives.
• Originating opportunities across Aladdin integration and end-to-end investment operations.
• Oversee complex transformation programmes including platform modernisation and outsourcing.
• Apply deep understanding of AWM operating models to deliver efficiency and regulatory readiness.
• Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams in Aladdin and front-to-back transformation offerings.
• Shape PwC’s AWM consulting strategy and drive sales targets for Aladdin-related work.
• Maintain external profile through thought leadership and market engagement.
