Job Description:

We're looking for an Awards Engagement Executive (12 Months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.

Your Role: You will be the main point of contact for entrants submitting work to the Money20/20 Awards, guiding them through each stage of the entry process. You’ll help customers understand entry requirements, choose the right categories, and complete their submissions.

Working closely with the Awards Engagement Partner, you will implement strategies to engage customers, build relationships, and encourage entries. You’ll analyze customer behavior and stay updated on market trends to improve our customer engagement approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily customer interactions via phone, videocall, and email, acting as a primary contact for entrants and guiding them on entry requirements and category selection.
  • Provide support throughout the Awards process, ensuring customers feel valued and informed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their goals and addressing their needs through ongoing communication.
  • Promote repeat entries and positive engagement by fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about fintech and financial services trends to better understand client needs; share insights with your team.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the entry system, website, and supporting materials to assist customers.
  • Ensure all entries are submitted accurately and on time, meeting standards.
  • Maintain organized records of interactions and feedback.
  • Manage administrative tasks like processing withdrawals, reallocations, and deadline extensions.
  • Represent the awards program positively, showcasing its value to potential entrants.
  • Proactively engage customers to encourage ongoing participation and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
