Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Architect with a minimum of two years of post-Part III experience to work on large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation schemes across the UK and Ireland. You will contribute to technical delivery, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and progress within an employee-owned practice.

The role offers hybrid working with two days from home, a structured bonus scheme, and clear career progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with at least 2 years' post-Part III experience.
• Strong technical delivery across RIBA Stage 4.
• Experience on residential, hotel, student accommodation, or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.
• Work across key RIBA stages, focusing on Stage 4.
• Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and the design team.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
• Attend client, design team, and site meetings.
• Assist with resolving technical design challenges and coordinating information.
• Contribute to technical innovation and ongoing improvements within the practice.
