Job summary

Dickson O’Brien Associates is assisting a respected Liverpool organisation to appoint a Financial Controller on a fixed term basis (12 months) in Liverpool City Centre with hybrid working. You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, oversee statutory accounts, year-end and external audit, and manage treasury, cashflow, tax and forecasting.

A qualified Accountant with strong controls and policy experience is essential.

We are supporting a highly respected Liverpool organisation in the appointment of a Financial Controller on a fixed term contract basis - 12 months.

You will lead financial reporting, controls, key finance processes, while supporting strategic decision-making and organisational change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Overseeing statutory accounts, year-end and external audit
• Managing treasury, cashflow, tax and financial forecasting
• Strengthening financial controls, policies and processes
• Providing financial insight to senior leadership
• Supporting budgets, forecasts and strategic projects
• Partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders
