Job summary

State Street seeks a senior governance and risk professional to partner with practice leadership on platform health and resilience. You will own resource forecasting, capacity planning and cross-functional governance to ensure delivery commitments are met across clients and programmes.

Responsibilities include risk escalation, governance artefacts, and executive reporting to manage operational risk, data quality and service readiness in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in operational risk, service assurance, operational resilience, technology risk, production oversight, portfolio governance, programme management or business management within a complex global organisation.
• Strong resource and capacity-planning capability, including demand forecasting, scenario modelling, utilisation analysis, workforce planning and reconciliation to budgets.
• Strong governance discipline, including meeting design, decision rights, RACI management, action tracking, RAID control and escalation management.
• Strong understanding of risk and control assessment, key risk indicators, risk appetite and tolerance, incident management and remediation.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret dashboards, alerts, data-quality measures and operational metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for concise executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted risk and service assurance partner with governance for platform health and delivery commitments.
• Own the consolidated resource forecast translating pipeline into forward-looking demand and location needs.
• Maintain visibility of employees, vacancies, hiring plans and forecast gaps; align to approved plans.
• Define risk indicators, tolerances and control thresholds for critical services in UAT and Production.
