Job Purpose:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for CLS’s global Microsoft 365 environment within our 24x7 hosted and cloud infrastructures. Take ownership of issues, resolve problems across systems, and contribute to expanding and advising on the use of existing and new technologies. The role requires SME-level expertise in supporting resilient enterprise M365 solutions.
