Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited (BDUK) is seeking an Avionics Supervisor to lead a small team of aircraft technicians within the MRO organisation. You will ensure process adherence, accurate work recording and regulatory compliance under Part 145 and customer approvals.

You will mentor staff and communicate complex instructions with precision. The role requires robust technical knowledge, English fluency, and the ability to obtain UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain company supervisory authorisations for the aircraft type worked on.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical documents, drawings and publications.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentoring capabilities to direct technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD customer approval.
• Supervise, plan, sequence, distribute and control technical work for a small team of aircraft technicians.
• Provide advice, guidance and mentoring to peers and others in the role.
