BAE Systems seeks an experienced Avionic Technician to perform detailed maintenance on aircraft systems and components. You will work unaided to approved data and MOE, diagnose faults, and provide guidance to junior team members in a dynamic environment.
You will handle tasks from grounding checks to system tests, maintain authorisations, and ensure compliance with Part 145 and regulatory standards, including ITAR and E&PW awareness.
The Avionic Technician will be an experienced and skilled technician undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on an aircraft or aircraft component.
At this level the post holder requires a good understanding of the construct of the approved Technical Information set and is competent to work unaided to approved data, maintenance instructions and in accordance with the organisation’s Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE). Demonstrates the ability to analyse and diagnose faults to equipment & assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures and work effectively within a team provide guidance to less experienced team members in a diverse and dynamic operational environment.
