Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an Aviation Technical Publications Development/Authoring Specialist to organize, review and edit technical publications, and gather customer requirements to define scope and elements.

You will support the Publications Lead, ensure First Time Quality, and may interface with the customer. Some travel may be required; experience with Simplified Technical English and ASD S1000D is valued.

Qualifications

• Aviation Technical Publications authoring experience in CMM/AMM/EMM/IPC.
• Experience with Simplified Technical English.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Organise, edit and review technical publications and data.
• Gather customer requirements to define scope.
• Support Publications Lead in day-to-day execution and QA.
• Research source data to verify publications are accurate.
• Interface with customer and stakeholders as needed.
