Job summary

Serco Limited at RNAS Yeovilton seeks an AESAS Delivery Manager to lead safe, compliant delivery of Aviation Engineering and Safety Assurance Services on site. You will oversee AESAS outputs at Yeovilton and coordinate with RNAS Culdrose as the site lead.

Responsibilities include operating leadership, customer relationship management, and ensuring safety, quality and performance standards in day-to-day activities and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status desirable.
• Experience in civil or military aviation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery of AESAS outputs at RNAS Yeovilton.
• Act as site lead and represent Serco at meetings and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with MAA, MRP Part 145 and contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership and line management to AESAS staff.
• Deliver performance reporting, risk management and continuous improvement.
