Job summary

MPI Limited, a global travel company, is seeking a Senior Material Supplier based near Gatwick to manage material support for dispatch and inspections, oversee procurement of aircraft spares, and control line materials. You will work in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.

Key responsibilities include handling goods receipt and despatch, using AMOS for ordering, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Aviation or aerospace supply chain experience required.
• Experience with raising purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipt and despatch.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with engineering systems (AMOS).

Responsibilities

• Manual handling, receiving, storing, shipping, and control of materials.
• Operational logistics support and procurement of aircraft spare parts and line materials.
• Monitor task progress to meet timescales and budgets.
• Produce AMOS orders in line with procedures.
• Operate company vehicles and forklift.
