Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting Aviation Security Officers for Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas. You will maintain a smart, alert security presence and perform aviation security tasks in line with regulatory requirements.

Roles require an unrestricted right to work in the UK for 12 months, English fluency, and the ability to pass CRC checks and training. Benefits include paid overtime and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK for at least 12 months.
• UK resident for the last 5 years.
• Pass the CRC check.

Responsibilities

• Bag and body searches as required.
• Aircraft searches in line with DfT/CAA regulations.
• Follow local operating procedures.
• Use and maintain company/customer security equipment when provided.

Aviation Security Officers to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site at

Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

CTC and DBS checks are required for all potential candidates.

Your Time at Work

As an Aviation Security Officer, you will be presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence at the premises of our clients, to perform aviation security tasks such as:

• - Bag and body searches


• - Aircraft searches in accordance with DfT/CAA regulations


• - Local operating procedures.

You will also be required to use and maintain company/customer equipment as and when supplied.

Our Perfect Worker

To be considered for employment with G4S in this role, you must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:

• - Unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months.


• - Must be a UK resident for the last 5 years.


• - Be fluent in spoken and written English.


• - Must be able to pass the CRC check.


• - Must be able to pass all required training.


• - Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self- employment or full and part-time education during that period.


• - Physical requirements include being able to be on their feet for extended periods of time, plus being able to work in outdoor weather environments.
