Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority in London is recruiting for a Risk Based Oversight Advisor. This permanent, full-time role supports the new AvSec RBO operating model, analysing oversight data and coordinating reviews across teams.

The role contributes to process improvements, data products and decision-support for risk-based decisions. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with regular meetings at Gatwick, and engage stakeholders to promote consistent, evidence-based oversight

Qualifications

Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting data to support decision-making.
Experience working with large and complex datasets to identify risks and insights.
Ability to translate data and feedback into practical recommendations and actions.
Experience supporting process improvements and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery and improvement of the AvSec RBO operating model.
Analyse oversight information to identify risks, trends and opportunities.
Coordinate entity reviews and develop supporting documentation and data products.
Contribute to development and maintenance of RBO processes and tools.
Support data collection, validation and presentation to inform oversight.
Help develop training materials and communications for RBO principles.
