Qualifications

• Experience in aviation reliability or asset-intensive industries such as automotive, transport, logistics or heavy industry.
• Experience delivering analytics and transformation projects within top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• End-to-end analytics capability from data exploration to visualization and stakeholder presentation.
• Advanced experience with dbt including designing and maintaining analytical data models.
• Strong KPI development, metrics design and dashboard best practices.
• Experience creating intuitive visualisation and reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that monitor aircraft reliability performance, operational KPIs and engineering metrics.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for reliability improvement.
• Design and implement analytical frameworks that support data-driven decision making across engineering and operational teams.
• Build and maintain robust analytical data models using dbt, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and scalability.
• Work with engineering, maintenance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape analytical solutions.
• Challenge existing business logic, assumptions and performance measures to ensure meaningful reporting.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement via insight generation, performance monitoring and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics products with strong user adoption.
