First Call Contract Services are seeking a confident, motivated and organised Recruiter to join our Staines team. We specialise predominantly in aviation recruitment, supporting clients across airports, airfreight and aviation operations.

Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but attitude and the ability to work independently are equally important. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in recruitment, with responsibilities ranging from candidate attraction and onboarding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Self-starter, takes initiative and can manage own workload.
• Organised and capable of handling a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Possess a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Available for occasional weekend work when required.
• Willing to learn, develop and progress in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activity across aviation and logistics accounts
• Communicate confidently with applicants by telephone, face to face and by email
• Manage candidate applications and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process
• Create, maintain and update job adverts
• Support candidate attraction and sourcing activity
• Keep the internal CRM accurate and up to date
• Complete candidate registration and associated administration
• Check Right to Work documentation and candidate information
• Upload documentation onto the CRM
• Support recruitment compliance and onboarding requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Provide a high level of service to candidates, clients and internal teams
