Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, ideally in airline or high-volume food environments.
• Ability to lead a team, manage deadlines and work across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems; negotiation skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Test products from suppliers and internal Hot Kitchen.
• Check weights against airline specs and support customer audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and liaise with suppliers on corrective action.
• Own calibration programme for temperature and weighing devices.
• Run monthly ATP and gateperform checks and maintain accurate food safety docs.
• Deliver on-the-job training for critical control activities.
• Ensure monthly menu changes launch smoothly on the floor.
• Collaborate with Compliance Manager to prevent food safety events.
