Job summary

Atlantic Aviation Group is seeking a Production Planning Engineer to support pre-input planning for customer aircraft line and base maintenance in the UK. The role involves creating work packs, pre-loads, task breakdowns and coordinating with production teams on-site, while ensuring compliance with MAA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation maintenance planning, civil or military, with base or line
• Excellent organisation with attention to detail and task sequencing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with lean principles
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of seniority
• Familiarity with aircraft technical documentation and MAA CAMO P145 interface requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) at an advanced level

Responsibilities

• Review work packs to ensure content aligns with AAGDS P145 MOE scope
• Schedule and manage aircraft maintenance work package builds with milestones and resources
• Create new task cards for complex maintenance tasks
• Generate equipment summaries with tooling, parts, and materials
• Identify external resource needs and supervise subcontractors
• Review tasks for accuracy, applying time estimates
• Organise pre-input meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with AAGDS MOE and procedures
