Job summary

Manpower UK in Birmingham is seeking a Production Lead to oversee aircraft maintenance and modification operations at our Repair Station. The role manages a multidisciplinary team of technicians and certifiers to ensure safe, on-time delivery of maintenance and modifications.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in aircraft build/maintenance, strong leadership, and comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA/FAA/CAA). Onsite work in Birmingham with BPSS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience on or leading aircraft build or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and safety standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier maintenance teams to deliver aircraft production, modification and maintenance.
• Lead daily meetings with modification supplier counterpart and plan schedules.
• Promote safety, quality and efficiency in maintenance planning and control.
