Gold Group is seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee complex aircraft maintenance and major modification projects at our Birmingham facility, leading a multidisciplinary team of maintenance technicians and certifiers to deliver safe, efficient work.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of regulatory standards (CAA/MAA/EASA/FAA), and ability to interpret technical drawings and ATPs, with a focus on safety and quality across all shifts.

Formación

• Technical background in major aircraft modification or heavy MRO.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CAA/MAA/EASA/FAA).
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating workflows.
• Ability to read complex technical drawings and ATPs.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Lead maintenance teams to deliver production, modification, and maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
• Daily workflow control: run action-tracker and handover meetings to resolve roadblocks and align build plans.
• Supplier & stakeholder coordination: work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to keep plans on schedule.
• Technical issue resolution: interpret challenges to maintain production flow and address recurring issues.
• Safety & quality culture: promote SMS and safety across all shifts.
