Job summary

Bombardier Services (UK) at Biggin Hill is seeking an UMT Operations Coordinator (1 Year FTC). Based at the Biggin Hill Service Centre, you will provide administrative support for technical documentation, expenses review and reporting to management.

You will coordinate travel for AOGs in the UK and abroad, assist with data gathering across internal departments, liaise with vendors on indirect costs and help maintain records on operational documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Technical Records/Planning (preferred).
• Experience in technical data entry within Aircraft Maintenance environment (preferred).
• Experience in general administration within Operations.
• Understanding of Stores, Tech Records and Planning (preferred).
• IT literacy in Word, Excel and SAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with CAA/EASA Part 145 regulations (preferred).
• Methodical with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support with technical documentation and expenses review.
• Assist the team with daily coordination requirements.
• Create reports for management when required.
• Gather data with internal departments and disseminate information.
• Support pass applications and travel coordination for AOGs in the UK and abroad.
• Liaise with vendors regarding indirect costs.
• Assist in maintaining operational documentation records.
• Manage UMT Line Vans fleet records.
