Job summary

The role requires independence, a keen eye for detail and strong communication, with a 37.5-hour shift schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual lathes to fine tolerances and reading drawings.
• Strong workmanship standard with focus on quality, safety and environment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain PER and 5S standards.
• Flexible to rotate shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes to fine tolerances from technical drawings to produce precision aircraft components.
• Maintain high workmanship standard, work independently, and follow quality, safety and environmental procedures.
• Keep Practical Experience Records (PER), maintain 5S workplace, and assist with colleague training.
• Work a 37.5-hour shift with occasional overtime.
