Job summary

Guidant Global, in partnership with Airbus, is recruiting an experienced Short-Term Planner for Brize Norton. You will develop and maintain short-term maintenance plans, coordinate across engineering and operations, and ensure activities align with the flying programme.

Expect to work with Technical Services, Configuration Engineers and Materials Support, applying strong planning discipline and regulatory knowledge. A minimum of five years in the airline industry is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the airline industry.
• Experience within a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation environment.
• Strong maintenance planning and coordination skills.
• Structured and detail-focused approach to planning data.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with planning focal point to manage daily priorities.
• Produce and deliver a three-month maintenance plan.
• Identify task requirements and ensure accurate planning.
• Ensure maintenance activity is incorporated into Flying Programme.
• Collaborate with engineering and materials teams.
• Enter and maintain planning data in the Maintenance Data System.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory Articles and Atlas procedures.
• Support projects directed by Head of Technical Support Operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across planning functions.
