Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting an experienced Short-Term Planner at Brize Norton to support Airbus-based maintenance planning and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation activities. You will produce and maintain a three-month plan, coordinate with engineering and operations, and ensure maintenance fits within the flying programme.

The role requires at least five years in the airline industry and CAMO experience, with a structured, data-focused approach and the ability to handle changing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the airline industry.
• Experience within a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation environment.
• Strong maintenance planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, operational, materials and maintenance teams.
• Structured and detail-focused approach to planning data.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Integrated Operations Centre Planning Focal Point to manage daily priorities.
• Produce and deliver a three-month short-term maintenance plan.
• Identify maintenance task requirements and ensure accurate planning.
• Incorporate maintenance activity into the Flying Programme and Integrated Through-Life Plan.
