Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is assisting in recruiting a Maintenance Production Planner for a client on Teesside. You will own maintenance planning to keep complex aviation programmes on schedule and coordinate across engineering, procurement, stores and airworthiness teams to ensure availability.

The role emphasizes strong organisational and scheduling capabilities, with experience in aviation maintenance planning or MRO operations.

Qualifications

• Background in aviation maintenance planning, production planning or MRO operations.
• Knowledge of continuing airworthiness planning, military aviation regulations or quality systems beneficial.
• Experience coordinating resources, materials and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules aligned with aircraft delivery and priorities.
• Convert approved maintenance requirements into structured work packages and task sequences.
• Coordinate labour, tooling, materials and resources to support maintenance delivery.
• Monitor planning performance and drive recovery actions with engineering/procurement teams.
• Support compliance, safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.
