Job summary

Draken Europe is seeking a Maintenance Production Planner for a 12-month FTC at Teesside. You will translate maintenance scopes into detailed schedules, ensure resources, and align with AMP and CAMO requirements to keep base maintenance on time.

This role collaborates with engineering, CAMO, procurement and stores to secure parts, manage risks, and drive recovery actions while maintaining compliance with CAA Part 145, MAA and ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation production or maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of a CAA Part 145 environment and maintenance flow.
• Experience managing resource planning, materials coordination and schedule delivery.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning systems or MRO software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of CAMO functions and AMP control.
• Experience in military or mixed-regulation environments (MAA, FAA, EASA).
• Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules aligned to aircraft delivery targets and priorities
• Translate approved work scopes into structured work packs and sequences
• Ensure availability of labour, skills, tooling, and materials
• Coordinate with procurement and stores to secure parts
• Track progress against plan and identify risks
• Drive recovery actions to address delays and shortages
• Liaise with CAMO Maintenance Planning for AMP alignment
• Support aircraft throughput and line operations availability
• Maintain accurate planning records and configuration data
• Contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure planning activities comply with CAA Part 145, MAA, and MOE requirements
