Yolk Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading aviation organisation in London to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager. The role will take responsibility for the effective management and oversight of both Line and Base operations, leading engineering personnel and ensuring maintenance performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Previous experience managing aircraft maintenance teams.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with planning and coordinating scheduled maintenance.
• Solid understanding of safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Part 145 or equivalent aviation regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support all Base and Line Maintenance activities.
• Direct day-to-day performance of the Engineering Department.
• Lead and develop engineering personnel and ensure competence.
• Assist planning of scheduled maintenance with required resources.
• Ensure maintenance complies with work specifications and regulations.
• Oversee subcontracted maintenance providers when needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring to address findings.
• Attend meetings to report performance and progress.
• Maintain engineering facilities to regulatory standards.
• Support Line Maintenance coverage for contracted customers.
• Manage staff performance and development plans.
• Assist with disciplinary matters when required.
• Promote high Health & Safety standards and Just Culture.
