Storm Aviation in Prestwick is seeking an Engineering Support Manager to lead engineering teams within a busy MRO environment. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance planning, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations, and driving continuous improvement in aircraft support services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aircraft maintenance or related leadership, with experience in MRO IT systems (AMOS/OASES/Rusada) and a recognised apprenticeship or engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 5 years working in aircraft maintenance, production planning or airline environment; or project management with experience in a leadership role.
• Technical experience in aviation and knowledge of airworthiness regulation.
• Experience with MRO IT software such as AMOS, OASES, Rusada would be an advantage.
